terms of service
1. Subject Matter

✔ I Will Draw: Original characters, fanart and yume/selfshipping, furry characters, real-life people, same-sex relationships, blood, nudity.

✖ I Won't Draw: Heavy gore, extremely violent acts, explicit sexual acts.

2. Payment & Pricing

  • Upfront Payment: Work begins only after the full payment is received.

  • Invoicing: I will issue an invoice once we have agreed on the specific details of your request.

3. Workflow & Process

  1. Order Acceptance: Commission is officially accepted.

  2. Payment: Client pays the invoice in full.

  3. Sketch Phase: I will provide 2–4 rough sketches. You choose your preferred option.

  4. Rendering Phase: Once a sketch is chosen, I begin the rendering process.

  5. Final Approval: Files are sent for final review. Minor tweaks (missing features, color adjustments or revisions in case of any mistakes on my part) can be made here.

5. Deadlines & Delivery

  • Estimated Timeline: 1 to 3 weeks per piece.

  • Delivery: High-resolution digital files will be sent upon final approval.

6. Usage Rights

  • Credit: Please credit or @ mention me when posting the artwork on social media.

  • Copyright: You may not claim the artwork as your own creation.

  • Prohibited Use: Under no circumstances is the artwork to be used for NFTs or AI training.

6.1 Copyright

1.1 The Artist retains the right to share the Client’s completed artwork online for promotional purposes, including use as commission samples and in their professional portfolio.

1.2 The Client may not resell the finished artwork to third parties or through online platforms. An additional fee is required if the Client intends to produce prints, merchandise, or other items for sale using the artwork.

1.3 The Client is strictly prohibited from using the finished artwork for any NFT-related activities or in connection with AI tools, platforms, or datasets.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds: No refunds will be issued after the sketch is approved and rendering has begun.

  • Exceptions: A full refund will only be provided if I am personally unable to complete the work for any reason.
